Shipping & Customs
All orders are shipped using an eligible Japan Post international service selected for the destination. Shipping is free of charge, borne by the seller. We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, the Philippines and Mexico.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees levied by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or prepay these charges as they vary by country and are determined by local customs officials. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.

If a package is refused due to customs charges and returned to us, we will refund the product price minus return shipping costs.
The checkout will state whether duties and taxes are collected in advance. If it does not, the carrier or customs authority may collect them from the recipient.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information is provided by Shopify and updated automatically.
Loss or damage compensation is handled within the terms and limits of the Japan Post service used. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the unopened packaging and contact us immediately.
