1. Overview
By placing an order with Japan Tradigate, you agree to these terms. Products are sourced from makers in Japan and offered for international delivery where eligible.
2. Orders & Payment
Available payment methods, the charged currency, taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown in Shopify Checkout before an order is submitted. Payment authorization or capture follows the method displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped by Japan Post international delivery to the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Shipping is free of charge, borne by the seller. Delivery periods are based on Japan Post's standard business days for each destination country; import duties and taxes, if any, are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the sale price.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations for customer preference are not accepted in principle. Goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract will be handled in accordance with applicable law. The cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to mail-order sales. Please see our Returns page for details.
5. Warranty
No separate commercial warranty or repair service is offered. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
